We have a full time entry level position with our Bridges program based in our Cincinnati office. The position of Bridges Liaison will provide services to youth in the Greater Cincinnati area. This program works with transitional aged young adults that are 18-21 that have aged out of the Foster Care System. This program specializes in helping these young adults overcome barriers including employment, housing, education, health care and mental health services.

Applicants should have a degree in a social service field or a related field. In addition to helping youth overcome barriers, additional knowledge and/or experience in crisis intervention, child adolescent development, and community services is preferred.
The Bridges Liaison will need to complete all documentation as required by ODJFS. The Bridges Liaison will complete and upload all of the required documentation in a timely manner into the state wide database SACWIS. The Bridges Liaison is responsible for case management, treatment planning, crisis management and supportive services for the young adults. The Liaison will also attend semi-annual court reviews with their clients.
